The following excercises selected to manage most common complains we see in our office. Trainers are highly qualified. Try to match the form presented as you can. Follow the instruction stated or use the text option on YOUTUBE. Start as doctor recommended . When your complain resolved you can go at any other video. If you like some trainer, simply you may subscribe to his channel for more training and wellness.
